The Manx Horse Council (MHC)is an organisation dedicated to the promotion of all equestrian sports on the Isle of Man. The council itself is made up of members from all the riding clubs and driving clubs on the island including the RDA and Manx Driving for the Disabled and welfare groups. The members participate in all aspects of equestrian sports from Show jumping, Dressage, Cross country, Heavy horses, Polo, TREC, Driving, Showing, Hunting and Pony Club. It is a very diverse group and the MHC looks to represent all of the members equally.

The members elected the current committee in April 2023. This committee's role is to facilitate the organisation of equestrian sports, to act as a conduit for information to the members and further education and training in equestrian matters. It regulates the fixture calendar so that all clubs can operate in conjuction with each other.

The website will be a source of information for members, a calendar of fixtures and diary of events and has sections dedicated to coaching, performance, safeguarding and first-aid. There are contact email addresses for the committee members so please get in touch.
